These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the EasyRenz Thailand platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
EasyRenz refers to EasyRenz Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and its partners.
User means any person using the Platform.
Operator means a property owner or manager using EasyRenz services.
Content includes all data, listings, text, and materials uploaded or generated on the Platform.
Services may include property management, booking workflows, billing tools, communication features, and integrations. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
Operators are responsible for listing accuracy, compliance with laws, and handling tenant or guest disputes.
EasyRenz is generally not a party to rental agreements between Operators and tenants unless explicitly stated.
EasyRenz owns the Platform and related intellectual property. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to use it.
Personal data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy.
EasyRenz is not responsible for third-party services linked or integrated with the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. EasyRenz does not provide legal or professional advice.
EasyRenz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability, where applicable, is limited to fees paid within the preceding 12 months.
Users agree to indemnify EasyRenz against claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.
EasyRenz may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal requirements.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to Thai courts.
