• Operate and deliver the Platform

• Manage bookings and tenancies

• Conduct marketing communications (where permitted)
• Comply with legal obligations

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligations under PDPA.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

• Property Operators and landlords

• Parties involved in business transfers

5. Cross-Border Transfers

Personal data may be stored or processed outside Thailand. Appropriate safeguards will be applied as required by PDPA.
